PBS Corp. in Massachusetts is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and clear opportunities to grow into a full-time position as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect and analyze progress data, and collaborate with families, BCBA supervisors, and clinical teams to help clients achieve meaningful learning

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
