Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism across North Carolina. The role focuses on applying ABA techniques, collecting data, and supporting families in a compassionate, collaboration-driven environment.

We welcome applicants with RBT certification who can work flexible schedules including full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs); maintain progress documentation and HIPAA compliance.
