Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain progress documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
