Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Data collection skills required.
• Completion of 40-hour course required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Track and document patient progress and maintain HIPAA compliant records.
