Qualifications

• RBT Certification and license required or in progress.
• 40-hour course completed or in-progress to support RBT duties.
• Ability to collect and record behavioral data accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and HIPAA compliance.
