Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, following ABA-based methods to support daily living skills.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with health, dental, vision, life insurance and PTO, plus a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of data collection processes.
• Ability to implement ABA-based behavior techniques.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain accurate documentation.
