Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school, or community settings with ABA-based plans designed by BCBAs. This part-time position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to help families we serve.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a HS diploma, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions. Opportunities to advance to BCBA are available as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
