Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, structured growth opportunities, and hands-on training to advance in ABA.

You'll implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required, with potential to expand caseload toward full-time as demand grows.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field with children.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
