PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and support families under BCBA supervision.

The position offers flexible part-time hours with growth toward full-time as caseloads expand. Eligible candidates have an active RBT certification, relevant experience with children, and a readiness to travel locally; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s toward psychology or

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare or related fields preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
