Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA/related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
