Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence, while collecting data on progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
