Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings on a part-time basis, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, applying ABA strategies to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
