Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands‑on training, and a clear path to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

You'll work under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote learning and independence. Local travel is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
