Job summary

PBS Corp. in Texas is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

This role offers flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
