Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work part-time 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role includes data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Potential for growth as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
