Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and utilize positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, plus benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for career growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
