Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers part-time opportunities with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, includes mentorship, ongoing training, travel locally as needed, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
