Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician for 1:1 work in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer flexible part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required, with mentorship and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist transitions between activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
