PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Wisconsin. The role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with a clear path to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans under supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support learning and independence. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
