Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work in home or clinic environments with supervision, following individualized treatment plans and ensuring accurate data collection.

You will collaborate with supervisors, participate in staff trainings, and maintain reliable transportation to multiple locations, with travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for commuting to locations.
• Effective communication with families, supervisors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
