Aluma Care KS is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Osage City, KS. This role offers 1:1 therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings and requires collaboration with BCBA-designed treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members for client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
