Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, with data-driven progress tracking and collaboration with families to support client success.

The role supports flexible schedules, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement in Overland Park, Kansas. Prior ABA experience is a plus, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
