Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC in Sabetha, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team for in-home, in-school, or in-clinic sessions.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success, in a supportive environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
