Aim Higher ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the United States. This role involves in-home, daycare, and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, supervised by BCBAs, with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

You will collect data, implement individualized skill acquisition programs, and help maintain a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
