Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This is a growth-focused role offering meaningful work with children and ongoing professional development.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and maintain compassionate, safe environments across client homes and community settings. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• RBT license or certification is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to work in homes, daycares, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
