Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking motivated RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
Excellent writing and verbal communication
Willing to have a background check.
Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
Must possess a High School Degree
Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, paraprofessional, or child-focused positions can help transition to RBT role.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
Maintain communication with BCBA and RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
