Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians. This in-home position focuses on delivering ABA-based interventions to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. Pay is dependent on experience, with benefits and training provided.

Requirements include a HS diploma, coursework in psychology or related fields, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Travel and scheduling vary by client needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 semester hours of college coursework (or 48 credits) or enrolled in associate/bachelor's program; or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification - BLS American Heart Association.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable.
• Strong communication skills; English may be required.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Follows BCBA/Program Supervisor instructions.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to clients.
• Implements treatment plan with clients and families.
• Document sessions per policies and procedures.
• Participates in in-service training.
• Upholds ethics of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Engages with clients in a playful learning environment.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

12 college semester hours (or 48 credits) OR enrolled in associate/bachelor's degree program

1 year of relevant experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Computer proficiency

CPR certification (BLS)
