Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, collect data, and support families and professionals to monitor progress.

This in-person role offers full- and part-time schedules, with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. Eligible applicants must hold an RBT certification and commit to HIPAA-compliant patient care in clinical

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and practice understanding.
• Ability to conduct assessments and data collection effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
