Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Lawrence, KS. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect progress data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and staff to help children reach their goals. Flexible schedules and earning potential reflect our commitment to growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
