Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings and assist with data collection and progress documentation.

Work under a BCBA, collaborate with families and team members to support client success, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required; a HS diploma is preferred, and reliable transportation for

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
