Job summary

Hach Company, part of Veralto, is seeking an R&D Sr Sustaining Program Manager in Loveland, Colorado. You will lead cross-functional teams to govern sustaining engineering initiatives, driving product quality, reliability, and lifecycle performance.

Reporting to the Senior Director, R&D, you will develop portfolio strategies, manage risks, and align initiatives with business objectives to protect revenue and ensure manufacturing continuity across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience leading product lifecycle, obsolescence management, or sustaining engineering portfolios.
Experience supporting manufacturing continuity, supply chain risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
Demonstrated ability to develop portfolio-level strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
Experience with regulated products, change management, and lifecycle management processes.
Experience applying Visual Project Management frameworks.
PMP certification or advanced technical/business degree.

Responsibilities

Lead Sustaining Portfolio Strategy and Governance to maximize customer value and revenue.
Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial.
Develop project plans, define scope, manage risks, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
Own product lifecycle and obsolescence management to ensure long-term viability.
Ensure business and manufacturing continuity during critical issues.
Monitor product health using reliability, quality, and feedback metrics for improvement.
