Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public or Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, screening, and selection processes.
• Ability to educate interview panels on interviewing skills and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the County's recruitment database program and ensure integrity of recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and screening criteria.
• Screen applicants, create eligibility lists, conduct background checks, and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate salary classifications and market salary surveys.
• Participate in employee benefits and retirement plan discussions.
