We seek an experienced Cost Control II to provide project cost accounting and to help design, implement, and administer a rebate program supporting the rebuild effort. Candidates are expected to have 5+ years of governmental or public-sector cost accounting and financial management experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of governmental cost accounting or public program financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to track and reconcile project costs, budgets, encumbrances, and expenditures across multiple projects and funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost accounting and financial management for multiple projects.
• Design, implement and administer a rebate program for rebuild efforts.
• Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards for management and oversight bodies.
• Coordinate with project managers, auditors and partner agencies.
