Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Property Manager for our Fairway Management division in McDonough, GA. The role oversees day-to-day operations of assigned properties, marketing and leasing, budgeting, and resident services to ensure excellent housing experiences.

Responsibilities include enforcing Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining occupancy targets while ensuring safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments while maintaining occupancy targets.
• Oversee budgets and daily property operations to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Conduct inspections, safety checks, and unit turnovers as needed.
• Provide outstanding resident service and address inquiries promptly.
