Mutual Housing Management provides professional property management services to Mutual Housing California’s 19 affordable multifamily properties.

The Assistant Property Manager works side‑by‑side with the Property Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the property, including resident satisfaction, wait‑list management, leasing, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring their property are in compliance with standards and expectations of the Property Management Operations Manual, other

Responsabilidades

• Assist Property Manager in coordinating daily Maintenance Department activities and ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with interior and exterior inspections and quarterly inspections of affordable properties.
• Monitor and report deferred maintenance, health and safety issues with action plans.
• Maintain property safety plans, key control procedures, and accurate reporting.
• Maintain weekly rental reports and market surveys; ensure adherence to resident selection criteria.
• Lease vacancies promptly to minimize vacancy loss and maintain high occupancy.
