Nucor Rebar Fabrication is seeking a Project Manager to oversee detailing, scheduling, and delivery of complex rebar projects from estimating to completion in Flowood, MS. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and detailers to maximize profitability while prioritizing safety and quality.

The role requires strong communication, contract knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Travel to job sites may be necessary as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, OR three years of experience as a rebar detailer or demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards.
• Strong mathematical skills and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents and coordinate detailing to supply products and services cost-effectively.
• Manage total contract for each project: detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs.
• Oversee contractual obligations and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate with contractor representatives, rebar installers, engineers and architects.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractor, detailers and production staff.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff and customers.
• Represent the company in project meetings as needed.
• Help control financial aspects of contracts with the Detailing Manager.
• Produce reports on progress, costs and scheduling.
