Job summary

Actalent in Titusville, FL is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our PMO team. You will partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are initiated, planned, executed and completed on time and within budget, supporting deliverables across environmental, emergency response, assessment, remediation and industrial service.

The role requires at least 1 year of project administration experience and familiarity with project management software. A technical degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or sciences is preferred.
• Experience in project administration or coordination.
• Familiarity with project management and project accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for projects throughout their lifecycle, with increasing responsibility as experience and knowledge grow.
• Assist in scheduling, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, change control, cost control, invoicing preparation, and project closure and assessment.
• Complete various administrative tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure every aspect of the project is completed on time.
• Foresee potential project blockers and implement solutions to mitigate or eliminate these challenges.
• Utilize Microsoft Project for project planning, Microsoft Teams for resource scheduling, and Deltek for timekeeping and accounting.
