Job summary

Englewood Health and the Asian Health and Wellness Center are seeking a highly organized, creative program manager to lead development, outreach and operations. You will build partnerships, guide marketing and fundraising activities, and oversee budgeting to deliver measurable community impact.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with community health programs, and a passion for engaging the Asian-American community.

Qualifications

• Five or more (5+) years of related experience preferred in community outreach.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating community-based programs and services.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with community and hospital-based partners.
• Proficiency with program analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Experience with payroll and pay practices.
• Strong cultural competency and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual - Korean or Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program development, community outreach, partnerships, marketing, fundraising support and budgeting.
• Oversee Center's programs and operations to enhance impact.
• Collaborate with Englewood Health and the Physician Network on initiatives.
• Develop measurable community engagement and funding strategies.
