Easterseals NH & VT is seeking a Program Specialist for our day program in Stratham and surrounding areas, with travel to the Manchester area. You will work with the Program Manager to support program goals, train and orient Direct Support Associates, and maintain ongoing contact for at least six months.

Direct support duties may include personal care and transportation. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year Direct Support experience, or a

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field, plus 1 year Direct Support experience; or a high school diploma with 2 years Direct Support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review, monitor and participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of program goals.
• Act as a Peer Guide for assigned Direct Support Associates (DSA) including on-the-job training and program orientation.
• Maintain and document contact with assigned DSA for a minimum of six months.
• Perform direct support responsibilities as necessary including personal care and transportation.
