Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Associates to help adults thrive in their communities.

You’ll support individuals in vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga, and other activities, providing supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed to promote independence. Candidates with Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor experience are encouraged or eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Experience as Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with diverse abilities in meaningful activities to promote independence.
• Assist with vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga, and community-based activities.
• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed to ensure safety and progress.
