Job summary

Easterseals NH seeks a Program Specialist to join our Community Based Services team in Concord. Based in a residential home with three adult women, you will work with the Program Manager to review and monitor goals and train new Direct Support Associates, maintaining six months of contact to ensure quality service.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week), Sunday-Thursday, with compensation at $25 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, and PTO from day one, plus

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Services or related field and 1 year of Direct Support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of Direct Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and monitoring program goals with the Program Manager.
• Act as a Peer Guide for new Direct Support Associates (DSA) and provide on-the-job training.
• Prepare and ensure documentation compliance; maintain contact with DSAs for six months.
• Provide direct support including personal care and transportation as needed.
