Job summary

Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) seeks a Data and Application Support Analyst 1 to support data collection, analysis, and reporting across health centers and partners. You will be the primary point of application support for OPCA data platforms, with a strong focus on user assistance and data quality.

The role is part of OPCA’s Data Team, combining data analysis with end-user support, training, and issue resolution for a broad user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years' experience or equivalent education.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run reports across patient-, practice-, and health system-wide data from OPCA systems.
• Analyze and distribute actionable data to support clinical quality, patient outcomes, and financial reporting.
• Develop expert knowledge of Arcadia/VisualizOR and ​answer member questions, diagnose issues, and explain platform behavior to non-technical users.
• Collaborate with Data Manager to maintain data collection and analysis tools for OPCA projects.
• Manage the process of collecting and analyzing UDS information for OPCA priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of PHI compliance and data handling protocols.
• Monitor, triage, document, prioritize, and resolve support requests across intake channels.
• Attend and help facilitate recurring member-facing support sessions, including live demonstrations.
• Provide direct customer support and troubleshooting for OPCA reporting tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations across BI tools and data environments.
