Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Young Adult Independent Living Program in Virginia. You will actively engage with young adults, ages 17–21, guiding their transition into the community and serving as a positive role model to help them develop money management, employment, and educational skills.

You will supervise life skills coaches and support staff, including evaluations and scheduling, and coordinate activities to match each youth’s transition plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of case management experience with children and families.
• Doctorate or master's in social work-related field with at least four years in child/family casework in a child-placing agency.
• Doctorate or master's in social work from CSWE-accredited program with three years in child/family casework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residents in developing money management, employment, education, and daily living skills.
• Guide life skills coaches and support staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Plan activities aligned with individualized transitional living plans.
• Serve as a positive role model for residents aged 17–21 preparing to transition into the community.

Education
