Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education administration, with supervisory experience.
• PhD in higher education or related field preferred.
• Experience working inside correctional facilities or with government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with prison administration to deliver UBalt academic programming.
• Guide students on financial standing and interpret academic policies for students and faculty.
• Coordinate grant identification, application, compliance and management.
• Manage program outputs databases and course scheduling to support student progression.
• Recruit, train, supervise on-site staff, student workers, volunteers, and instructors.
• Serve as liaison between JCI students and UBalt offices on admissions, enrollment, and student services.
