Job summary

Shore Educational Collaborative is seeking a Program Manager for its Chelsea location to lead the Adult Services Day Program. The role focuses on guiding staff, planning activities, ensuring safety, and managing day-to-day program operations in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience with adults with I/DD, strong communication skills, and a commitment to respectful, person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience with adults with IDD.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with DHSP/ISP systems, DDS regulations, PBS, and human rights advocacy preferred.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; additional service and supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of program participants and direct staff.
• Ensure activities are thoughtfully planned and executed.
• Provide staff supervision, training and support.
• Maintain safety and program quality compliance.
• Complete case management assignments in a timely fashion.
• Provide direct support to program participants as needed.
