Shore's Adult Services Day Program provides specialized Day Habilitation and Community-Based Day Support (CBDS) services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Shore's Adult Services Day Program is currently seeking to hire a Program Manager at our Chelsea location.

Primary responsibilities of a Program Manager include:
You will work in cooperation with other program managers, interdisciplinary therapists, nurses, staff, and the Program Director to facilitate smooth program operations, a friendly work environment, excellent communication internally among all program staff and externally with participants' families, residential providers and service coordinators. You'll have a role in the intake process for new referrals to the program, hiring staff, and ensuring that Shore's policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to consistently and equitably.
Successful candidates will have:
Physical requirements for this position include the ability to implement physical behavior management interventions, assist with lifts and transfers, be on your feet for much of the day, and drive program vans.
This is a full time, day time, Monday through Friday position.
