Candidates must meet US citizenship and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. This role requires interaction with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving defense environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification is a plus.
• Experience with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Program Finance team in Columbia City, IN.
• Own the EAC process and present estimates for approval.
• Publish CSRs and conduct Quarterly Finance Reviews for executives.
• Maintain accurate program financials: revenue, invoicing, margins, cash flow.
• Perform variance and what-if analyses; report risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end close and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in proposal pricing and cost analysis for bids.
