Job summary

Schmidt Futures is seeking an Associate, Program Delivery & Operations to support Rise, a program empowering young people through education and community initiatives. Based in our New York office, you will help plan and deliver operational systems, events, and surveys while ensuring data integrity across partners.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage databases and tools (Airtable, Asana, Alchemer, Mailchimp, Google Workspace), coordinate the Rise Global Convening, and provide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience supporting program delivery, operations, project management, nonprofit programs, event coordination, or higher education services.
• Experience administering project management, survey, email marketing, database, website, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Rise program operations and events, including the 2027 convening and regional meetups.
• Maintain systems, dashboards, surveys, templates, and documentation to strengthen program delivery and impact measurement.
• Coordinate participant data, registrations, travel, visas, accommodations, and communications for events.
• Support contracts, consultants, service providers, budgets, and financial reporting in partnership with Rise and finance teams.
