This role involves supporting the Program Director and overseeing program operations to ensure service coordination for individuals. Key responsibilities include implementing Individual Plans, training support workers, and facilitating effective communication among departments. Candidates should have relevant experience with developmental disabilities and leadership skills. Qualifications
Master’s degree or one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Associate’s degree and four years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Five years of experience and strong demonstration of managerial skills.
Valid PA Driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Support the Program Director in the daily operations of the program.
Ensure Individual Plans (IPs) are implemented as written.
Train Support Service Workers on individuals' IPs.
Attend meetings and communicate effectively with personnel.
