Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee all operational activities for the ACO program, supervising junior staff, interns, and volunteers. You will ensure proper screening, guidance, and referrals, while managing day-to-day operations and driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes training, data collection, and program evaluation to determine activity status, with collaboration across departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience; nonprofit program coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of social/behavioral science research methods and program evaluation is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program guidelines and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate program outcomes with stakeholders to ensure culturally appropriate services.
• Monitor program effectiveness and quality initiatives, including patient/family satisfaction and referrals.
• Coordinate with health providers and co-facilitators for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date credentialing listing of providers and facilities.
